Privacy

This site sets no cookies, runs no analytics and loads nothing from third parties. Fonts are served from this server. If you switch between light and dark, your choice is kept in your browser's local storage, never sent to us.

Contact form

When you send the form, your name, email, subject and message are emailed to us through Mailgun (Sinch Mailgun, a US processor) and kept in our mailbox to answer you. We send you one automatic confirmation. The form service also writes the message to its own logs. We do not use the data for anything else and delete it on request.

Booking a call

Calls are booked on cal.cleancodeworks.com, a Cal.com installation on our own servers. It stores your name, email, the time you chose and any notes you add. Confirmation and reminder emails are sent through Mailgun. The video call runs on Jitsi Meet (meet.jit.si, operated by 8x8); only you and we get the link.

Server logs

Our servers in Germany (Hetzner) keep standard access logs, including IP addresses, for security, and rotate them.

Your rights

You can ask for access, correction or deletion at office@cleancodeworks.com, and complain to the Romanian data protection authority (ANSPDCP).
